QUESTIONS
Is it possible to buy online?
No, you can't buy online. We invite customers to come and see us in store. We strongly believe that the purchase of a wood floor should be done in person. The colours and finish of a floor must be seen and handled physically. A computer screen doesn't allow you to make an informed choice and doesn't do justice to the quality of our products.
Do you lend out samples?
Yes, we lend out samples! Since wood is a living material, its appearance adapts to its environment. It will not look the same in a store as it does at the site where it will be installed. That's why we invite our customers to leave with a sample. This way, they can make a more informed decision.
Do you offer floor installation services?
Yes, we offer floor and staircase installation services as well! Barwood Pilon takes care of everything. You are guaranteed quality service. Unlike other flooring retailers, we prefer to keep installation services in-house rather than referring you to outside providers. This way, we keep an eye on the work that is done.
You can also install your floor yourself. It's up to you.
What are your delivery costs?
The basic cost is $150*. Upon delivery, our team is responsible for properly storing your boxes of wood flooring inside your home. The work is done for you.

What are your production lead times?
Lead times for our wood floors always depend on the product and the manufacturer. Generally speaking, you should allow 4 to 6 weeks.
Do you offer matchable mouldings and accessories with your products?
Yes, we offer exclusive matching stair components made from the same hardwood floorboards as your floor to ensure a seamless match.
We also offer a variety of matchable mouldings and accessories for all our standard hardwood floors, including stair nosings, reducers, flush mount vents, thresholds, quarter rounds, and other mouldings.
Do you offer warranties on your wood floors?
Yes, all MIRAGE hardwood floors come with warranties. These include a structural lifetime limited warranty and a 35-year warranty on finish wear-through for residential applications and a 3-year warranty on finish wear-through for light commercial applications.
Barwood Pilon also offers a warranty on its hardwood flooring installation services.

What board lengths can I expect?
Board lengths vary by box and depend on the technology and width of the flooring you select. For specific details about your chosen product, talk to your expert consultant.
Is it possible to customize a standard product or order a completely customized floor?
Our in-store selection includes only standard products, but some can be customized to better fit your specific needs. If you can't find exactly what you're looking for or need a completely custom solution, please talk to your expert consultant. They'll be happy to discuss your options with you.
